Tucked away on the Main Street in Whitney Point, NY, you will find the Mary L. Wilcox Library. Willed to the Village in 1958, the library’s humble beginnings started from the 1500 books that Ms. Wilcox had from her own personal collection.
Today, the Library consists of ### books, a collection of DVDs, periodicals, audio-books and large print books. The Mary L. Wilcox Library is a member of the Four County Library System serving Broome, Chenango, Delaware and Otsego counties, allowing access to books, magazines, audiobooks, and DVDs that small libraries wouldn’t typically have the resources to provide. Additionally, the Library has available internet services, meeting room availability, and copy, fax and scanner services.
